Model for combined Evaluation and Recognition of Learning Outcomes

Abstract
This report presents a comprehensive approach for using learning outcomes for evaluation of learning and traninig. The report summarizes the conceptual model for planning and conducting the evaluation, as well as choosing appropriate validation (assessment) methods for the learning outcomes. The report includes template surveys and interview scenarios that can be adopted and applied to any sector of vocational education and training.
