Abstract

Rape is a very serious offence, and the study of its victims indicate that they experience serious consequences of trauma. Today, more and more often the victims of rapes are intoxicated by perpetrators who use special substances described as a date rape drug. Date rape drug — it is any psychoactive substance, which excludes victim’s free will in the area of undertaking a sexual intercourse and excludes the defence against the perpetrator of the rape. In addition, the date rape drug features cause the difficulties to collect evidences of a crime which makes it difficult to detect the perpetrator.

Изнасилование является тяжким преступлением. Обследование пострадавших, в результате данного преступления, показывает, что у них появляются серьезные посттравматические расстройства. Сегодня чаще всего изнасилования совершаются в результате использования наркотика, т. н. таблеток для изнасилования. Таблеткой для изнасилования является каждое психоактивное вещество, применение которого приводит к неспособности жертвы сопротивляться сексуальному насилию и защищаться от насильственного вступления в половой акт. В таких случаях сложным является также изъятие вещественных доказательств и раскрытие преступника
