Is Modern Human Rights Regime Appropriate in Light of Human Diversity

Abstract
Author analyses international laws underpinning the modern human rights regime, discusses pro and con arguments for the existence of such a regime and concludes that cultural and political diversity does not justify changes in the existing regime if the rights of those who are most disadvantaged are to be protected.
