Abstract
The conceptual basics of the formation of information and education university space are described. The conception of IC competence is clarified, as one of the teacher’s key competences. The technology of the realization of content and technological component of the information space are proposed, the features of the formation of the university teacher’s IC competence in the conditions of the information society are described.
